Caipiroska
Fresh, tangy, and suitably sweet! Caipiroska is vodka’s answer to a caipirinha, where the spirit Cachaça has been replaced by the more penetrating vodka.
- 6 cl of vodka
- 1 cl lime juice
- 2 tsp. cane sugar
- 3 limes
- 115 g crushed ice
- 1 slice of dried lime
- 1 pc. lowball glass
Ingredients
- Muddle lime wedges and cane sugar mortise in a lowball glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour vodka and lime juice into the glass.
- Pour crushed ice, vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup into the glass.
- Stir and serve.
