ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
All of our prices shown here include VAT and other duties.
Our prices are daily prices.
The price seen when ordering is the applicable price of the purchase.
ZubarDubar makes reservation for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold out items, overbooked dates and delivery failures from our suppliers.
Once you place an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us. You will also receive a new mail the same day your order is shipped. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email at email@example.com
We offer several possible payment methods.
The most secure is to pay with a debit card.
We accept the following card types:
• Visa / Dankort
• Visa Electron
• MasterCard Debit
Online payment by card
When paying by electronic debit card, the amount is deducted at the order confirmation. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.
This means that outsiders cannot read your card information.
When shopping with a debit card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true.
We may at any time write down the amount paid if for example the date is overbooked or not desired anyway. However, for security reasons we can NEVER raise the approved amount.
Our transportation prices are fixed regardless of the order size. We have a fixed shipping price at ZubarDubar of DKK 1,995 + a fee of DKK 500 per floor above the first floor if there is no elevator.
When you shop at ZubarDubar, you have a 14-day cancellation right where you can notify us that you regret the booking, and we will then refund your payment. In case of cancellation, an e-mail should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, which must state the bank, registration, and account information.
The cancellation right runs from the day you received the booking confirmation / order confirmation. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must give us a clear statement by email within 14 days of receipt of the booking / order confirmation.
If your booking is made less than 5 business days before the event date, the cancellation right is waived.
If booking is canceled +1 day prior to event date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If canceled within 24 hours, 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
You bear the risk of goods and equipment from its delivery, and when set up and stored, you bear the risk of any damages in the event of theft and damage caused by you or your guests. You cannot regret simply by refusing the receipt of the booking without giving us clear notice at the same time.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private customers. Business customers have no right of cancellation on confirmed bookings, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of complaint does not cover damage to equipment or goods due to faulty handling by the customer. Complaints regarding errors and deficiencies must be communicated to ZubarDubar in reasonable time after the date of the arrangement. We consider max. 14 days as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse (reasonable) compensation.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time if you wish. In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at ZubarDubar, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you correctly. The personal data is registered with ZubarDubar and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when you give your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and staff of ZubarDubar have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with ZubarDubar, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to get insight into what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and any inquiries in connection therewith are addressed to ZubarDubar via email firstname.lastname@example.org
At ZubarDubar, cookies are used to optimize the website and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete the cookies from your computer at any time. How this is done depends on your browser.
We use a log statistic on ZubarDubar. This is a statistical system that collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is abandoned etc.
The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing ZubarDubar.
ZubarDubar wants to give its customers extra security with our supplementary insurance. The supplementary insurance covers accidental accidents but not vandalism or deliberate damage-related actions. The insurance can be purchased for 95,- DKK for each arrangement.
Example of what the supplementary insurance covers:
- Smashed or cut into glass (normally extra 20,- DKK per glass).
- Other damage to bar and rental equipment.
- Theft, lost equipment or raw materials.
Attention: ZubarDubar insures all its bartenders with our statutory occupational injury insurance as well as general liability insurance in connection with the export of ZubarDubar business activities.
ZubarDubar is not liable for damage to floors and walls. We recommend the following:
- Cover the walls and floors in case of spillage throughout the event.
- Keep the barrels of ice cubes onto a floor that can withstand water, as our thermal barrels can create condensation.
- Make sure to place the bar appropriately where no damage occurs.
Regarding the corona
If you have to cancel your event and thus the use of our service due to corona restrictions imposed by the authorities, you can rebook or postpone your agreement with ZubarDubar. Postponement or rebooking must be made within 12 months. We do not refund the event.
If you want to terminate your agreement with ZubarDubar for other corona-related reasons, we cannot offer rebooking or a refund of your paid amount.
If you have not yet paid for the agreed and planned use of ZubarDubar’ service, your obligation to pay for this will not be waived if you do not wish to hold the event or by the authorities’ order against the event.
We recommend everyone who has not been vaccinated against corona be tested before an event is held. In addition, we encourage you to follow current guidelines when holding an event.
