Annette Krøll Madsen
Head of Finance & Logistics
Annette is responsible for finance and logistics, as well as managing director of our Nordic warehouse in Middelfart. Annette has many years of experience from the food industry as logistics and purchasing manager.
Warehouse & Logistics Officer
Laura Hansen takes care of the company’s warehouse. She is responsible for packing customer orders everyday and helping to ensure high quality of all deliveries.

Martin Krøll Madsen is in the company’s warehouse. He is responsible for packing customer orders everyday and helping to ensure high quality of all deliveries. In addition, he is responsible for the company’s recipe database.
Education and Sales Manager
Hektor is the company’s training and sales manager. He has extensive work experience from, among other things, Oblix in London and Balthazar at Hotel D’Angleterre, as well as working with several world champions through time in flair and mixology. Hektor has worked with the training of bartenders in Denmark, England, Greece, Spain and the USA, and taught on Danish national TV.
Fie Lykke Jørgensen
Fie is responsible for personnel, coordination, operations and settlement. Fie has several years of experience in the retail and travel industry as a destination manager.
SoMe Manager and Project Manager
Anders is from 2020 responsible for SoMe and acts as project manager in our team. Anders has several years of experience with management and marketing at several restaurants in Southern and Southern Jutland.
Steffen Kragelund Johannsen has the overall responsibility for the development of the company’s digital platforms. Steffen is a trained web developer and multimedia designer.
