Amaretto Sour has a characteristic taste of almonds that gets a delicious depth in combination with bourbon, lemon, and sugar. The cocktail shakes with egg whites that give consistency and a silky texture.
- 4,5 cl amaretto liquer
- 2 cl bourbon
- 3 cl lemon soda
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1,5 cl egg white
- 115 g ice cubes
- Pour amaretto liqueur, bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg whites into a shaker.
- Dry shake thoroughly for approx. 15 seconds.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the mixture into a lowball glass with ice cubes.
