Clover Club
A true show starter that kicks off a successful evening! The Clover Club is a fine and elegant cocktail, where the raspberry, with its deep, red hues beautifies the spicy gin.
- 5 cl of gin
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl raspberry syrup
- 2 cl egg white
- 70 g ice cubes
- 1 slice of dried lemon for garnish
- 1 pcs. martini glass
Ingredients
- Dry shake all ingredients.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake hard.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of dried lemon.
- Enjoy it.
